Customer Service

Thank you for ordering through Bleunutrition.com, your order is important to us. Our Customer Service department is happy to help with any questions or issues relating to your order or shipping. Please email us or call us at 541-749-1000 during standard business hours 10am-6pm Pacific Standard Time M-F, or leave us a message and a representative will be in touch with you as soon as possible. All calls are answered in the order in which they are received.

 

Shipping Locations

Our shipping carrier is USPS. We only ship to locations within the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. For international shoppers, please contact the authorized distributor for your country to see where in your area Bleu Nutrition and/or BDC Nutrition, LLC products are sold.

 

Return Policy

Bleu Nutrition and/or BDC Nutrition, LLC may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Bleu Nutrition and/or BDC Nutrition, LLC through the website under the following conditions:

 

  • The merchandise must be received by Bleu Nutrition and/or BDC Nutrition, LLC within 45 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period.

  • You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the Site, and specify your reason for return.

  • Apparel and accessories (shakers/Funnels) must be unworn, unwashed and in good condition with all original tags and labels attached to the item and in the original packaging

  • Dietary supplements and other consumable product returns are only accepted if it was purchased through our website.  Please be sure to provide reason for return along with proof of payment. Return is subject to be rejected pending return policy items are not met.

  • If you need to make a return, please call us during normal business hours (10-6 PST M-F). You will be asked to provide your Purchase Order number. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return you will be issued you will be given instructions on how to complete the process.

 

All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2-3 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.

 

Promotional Items

All sales are FINAL on any promotional items or add-ons sold on the Site and Bleu Nutrition and/or BDC Nutrition, LLC will not accept any returns of promotional items.

 

Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability of all products are subject to change without notice. Also, our website will not offer retail prices lower than our MAP pricing structure set forth on each product. There will be sales from time to time and also offer coupon/promo codes on our site.

 

Back Orders or Out of Stocks

In the event a product you’ve order is not longer in-stock to ship you will receive an email and partial credit refund for the out of stock item. We cannot hold pre-authorizations for an extended period of time, any out of stock items will be cancelled off the order. If by chance the products are out of stock, our site will make to make notice on the product page for that particular product.


Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise

Bleu Nutrition and/or BDC Nutrition, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Bleu Nutrition and/or BDC Nutrition, LLC makes every effort to safely secure and ship your order, however, despite best efforts and on rare occassions, merchandise can still be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, please call customer service to issue a report.


Delivery Delays

Orders are typically shipped within 48-72 business hours M-F. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order. If an email receipt is not received, contact Consumer Service at 541-749-1000, or email us at info@bleunutrition.com. Please allow up to 7 to 12 business days for delivery.
